What are Tired Iron customer service hours?

Our customer service representatives are available by phone from 9 am to 6 pm Pacific Time Zone. During times of unusually high call volumes, you may leave a message and we will respond within four hours if it is within our business hour, and never past 24 hours later.

What forms of payment does Tired Iron accept?

Tired Iron accepts all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover  & American Express.

How quickly are orders processed?

All orders placed before 2 PM PST are processed the same day and shipped the next day. Orders placed after 2 PM PST are processed the next day, and shipped the day after. Do I have to pay tax?

Goods deliver to retail customers with a Washington State address will be charged sale tax. Tax exempt farms and parts resellers may open an account and then submit Tax Exempt Certificates or Reseller Permits as appropriate to obtain tax free status. Open an account today.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed once we receive the item in its original condition, accompanied by the original receipt. However, it may take your credit card issuer one or two billing cycles to reflect the credit.

Are your parts OEM?

No, they are all aftermarket and are supplied by various aftermarket suppliers.
